Hello Group!!!!

So, let's just post our resources that we find below...

Here is my stuff but I had some trouble finding solid resources. I tried to find a whole bunch of stuff so I hope this helps Brittany!
Also, I am overwhelmed by all that we have to do and I have 3 other projects due the same week sooooo... are we good delegating? I have already put a lot of work into the lesson plan so I can put that into a lesson template and ensure that it is ready to go. If the rest of you can work on the resource list and bulletin board that would be great but we can talk after reading week.

Well, yes I think delegating is a good idea, however we have to remember that it is a group project, and that we should be working on mostly everything together. It is not fair to assign these huge tasks to just one person, since we all know how much faster things go when you have other people to bounce ideas off. I understand that you are busy, but we all are :( Brittany and I have our art presentation that week as well. So, I think we should try to all help with the resource list and bulletin board if possible. The more heads we have, the faster it's going to go!

Here are my resources.

Ashten

I realize that it is a group project and I just think it is way more time efficient to have work done prior to meeting. If we all want to work on everything then that is fine with me.In the upcoming 2 weeks we need to do: bullitin board, resource list, lesson plan, and homework assignment as well as rehearsing the first presentation (I am writing it so I remember!).
Amy

Sounds good. See you tomorrow. We definitely have to be busy little bees at our next meeting, and start getting some things accomplished.

Hello it is me, ADAM!
I have gathered some resources although I am sorry if I have accidentally overlapped any of the resources found by Amy or Ashten. I will continue to add resources as we go forward with this project. Have a great day and bring a smile to Wednesdays meeting!

HI EVERYONE! Here is the list of things we made to include on our bulletin board:

Photos/pictures: animals, barn, personal farm photos of growing up on a farm, pictures of food, gardens, farm equipment
Literature: books, songs, movies, newspaper articles, magazines, farmer's almonac
Problems: mad cow, drought, flood, stress, equipment maintanence, hail, crop rotations, vet bills, economy downturn/budgeting
Other Artifacts: UFA gas bill, receipts, family tree, Farmland layout/deed of the land, Bill of Sale, Registered ear tag, 4H ribbons, brand signs

Just a reminder to bring safety pins and a shirt and pants to use on the clothes line!

Brittany: here is a good web quest site but it said for grades 3-6 but all the rest that I found were for k-2: http://projects.edtech.sandi.net/hawthorne/farm/
and I found a sweet website that might help us with our culminating project focus: http://42explore.com/farming.htm and here is a site on school gardens: http://horizon.nmsu.edu/teachers/classgardens.html

Here are my resources that should be added to the resource list if possible:
